Predreadnought Railing, Atlantic Models 1:350 Scale, Review by Felix Bustelo - This set from Atlantic Models is what you should get when a review of a 1:350 scale pre-dreadnought kit from Combrig or another label mentions that the modeler will have to look to an after-market source for railings. A similar set is also available in 1:700 scale. This set provides enough railings for one to three models, depending on the size of the kit and is highly recommended.

Nagara, Japanese Light Cruiser, Photo-Etch Set Flyhawk Model 1:350 Scale - For some, the Flyhawk photo-etch set for the Aoshima Nagara in 1:350 scale may be considered overkill, with so many fiddly parts but to others this set is all that and a bag of chips. If you fall somewhere in between you have plenty of parts to choose from and to decide what you want to use depending on your comfort level and skill level. I will most likely opt out of using the degaussing cables. The bottom line is that the Flyhawk detail set will go a long way to enhance the Aoshima kit and it is a lot easier to obtain than the Aoshima detail-up sets.
