This is the USS Enterprise CVN-65 as seen in 1964 with the original Beehive dome. The model is in 1:1250 scale in white metal by the German
company Argos. The Enterprise, USS Long Beach CGN-9 and USS Bainbridge DLGN-25 formed Task Force 1964 for Operation Sea Orbit, as the
nuclear powered trio circumnavigated the world under nuclear power. Kostas Katseas supplemented the kit with rigging, sea base and air wing with
3D printed aircraft.
