Here's another recent build, the HMS Cumberland. This is one of the older 1/700 scale Combrig kits, the subject being a Monmouth Class armored cruiser. I used brass barrels, scratch-built masts, Gold Medal Models ultra railings, Atlantic Models
ratlines, caenis line rigging, and Lifecolor and Tamiya paint. I just got the Combrig HMS Aboukir and it's interesting to see the improvement in detail and photo-etch items that now come with the kits along with more detailed instructions, but that's for a
future posting!
