Kostas Katseas built the Trumpeter 1:350 Scale Imperial Russian Battleship, Tsarevitch, to display her at the Battle of the Yellow Sea on August 10, 1904. The
Tsarevitch was built in France for Russia and displayed the most advanced battleship construction theories of France, as displayed by the profound tumblehome.
Tsarevitch was flagship of Rear Admiral V.K. Vitgeft at the battle and sustained thirteen 12-inch shell hits. Instead of returning to Port Arthur with the rest of
the Pacific Squadron at the conclusion of the battle, she made for the German port of Kiao-Chiao, where she interned. Because of the internment
Tsarevitch avoided
the fates of the other ships of the 1st Pacific Squadron.
