San Martin, Flagship of the Spanish Armada, Zvezda 1:350 Scale, Review by Felix Bustelo - The Zvezda line of 1:350 sailing ships does remind Felix Bustelo of the old small scale Pyro and Life-Like kits. San Martin is a very good follow-up to the Revenge and it certainly has the potential to be a fairly detailed build given the scale. Since this is engineered as a snap-together kit with no painting required, this would be a good model to introduce a young child to ship modeling.

HMS Revenge, English War Galleon 1577, Zvezda 1:350 Scale, Review by Felix Bustelo - Felix Bustelo was definitely intrigued by this Zvezda release when he first heard about it and a little excited to see what it would be like. Now this model will not come close to a wooden model or even a larger scale plastic kit but for its relatively diminutive scale, it certainly has some potential. If you are looking for something different in 1:350 scale, this would be a good kit to try to build into something as detailed as you wish and even expand your skill-set doing so.

HMS Speedy, 12 Gun Cutter 1828, Artillery Models 1:350 Scale, Review by Felix Bustelo - Overall this kit looks like it will build into a detailed model of a simple sailing ship. This will certainly standout next to the usual gray ships that are prevalent in this scale. My hats off to the folks at Artillery Models for producing such a unique and different subject in this scale.
